Art of calm workshops provide a unique space where creativity and relaxation come together to foster emotional healing and personal growth. These workshops, facilitated by art therapist and hypnotherapist Melissa McLeod, are designed to guide you through a process of self-expression, mindfulness, and deep relaxation, using art as a therapeutic tool.

What to Expect
During the workshops, you may be invited to engage in various art-making activities tailored to encourage relaxation and mindfulness. The art therapist will lead exercises that utilise different materials and techniques—such as drawing, painting, or sculpting—to encourage expression of thoughts and emotions non-verbally. To promote a sense of calm and well-being, in a supportive and non-judgmental environment.

In addition to the art-making process, Melissa will introduce gentle relaxation and visualisation techniques, helping you enter a state of calm and focused awareness. This combination of art therapy and hypnotherapy enhances the therapeutic experience, allowing for deeper exploration of personal themes and promoting a sense of peace and grounding.
